The best, yummiest chili EVER

I’ve found the perfect food!  I’m obsessed with this chili, just ask my husband.  It’s all we’ve eaten for weeks!  Turkey Chili:

1 lg. onion

1 lg. sweet potato

2 Tbspn oil

1 yellow bell pepper

20 oz. ground turkey (I used chicken!)

1 15.5 oz. can red beans

1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes

3 c. water

1/2 c. tomato paste

1 tspn. dried cilantro

1 1/2 Tbspn. chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

Cut up onion, yellow pepper and sweet potato – medium dice.  Cook onion and oil a few minutes.  Add the turkey.  Cook through about 5 minutes.  Add the remaining ingredients.  Boil.  Simmer 60 minutes.
